hehehehe. cute post. I never noticed until you brought it up. Yes, I agree with the last one. I hope someone comes up with something like that, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. =)

Oh man. I love this. I also love all varieties of flavored chips, embarrassingly. My dad owns a small vending machine business and unfortunately for my lardy ass, I get to sample whatever I want. Including new flavors of chips. YUM.

But oh, Cheddar Jalapeno Cheetos are the best.

this... was so good. SO GOOD, in fact, that i tweeted about it. is that creepy? too late, i already posted the tweet. baha... but seriously. too many chip flavours. in this world. just... too many. to choose from. the chip flavour committee needs to take a long vacation.

wow i'm so behind on my current chip flavours - cheeseburger? taco??

i do know that in england they have lamb chips and marmite chips and prawn cocktail chips.

and then i just googled it and found some CRAZY flavours. wasabi, pizza, poutine, haggis, yorkshire pudding, bbq kangaroo (yes), cucumber, and kiwi.

this is fascinating.

ha ha ha. I never though of it this way. My favorite flavor is Salt and Vinegar... so :) I guess I'm quite normal. I usually end up hating the weird flavors... like hamburger and baby back ribs. ha. :)

I've tried those cheeseburger chips. They're GROSS. My father-in-law bought them and gave them to us because he hated them. YUCKY.

I believe it was Jones Soda that tried to make a line of soda that was a full Thanksgiving meal. I don't know how much those of you in Canada know about this American holiday, but they had invented a soda that tasted like turkey, another like mashed potatoes, another like corn, among others. They were nasty and never made it very far.

Honestly, though, if you want to make food which tastes like some other food, you can use rice, soybeans, or tofu. (However, I've heard many arguments about the latter two being dangerous to your health, though I've never heard anything bad about rice.)

FIRST AND FOREMOST:

"...Thanksgiving meal. I don't know how much those of you in Canada know about this American holiday..."
i can't tell if you're joking or not. ???????????????

biscuit and jen: there are chips that taste like TACOS?
like...with the meat and salsa and such? THAT'S a good idea. count me in. WHERE?
amyschmamey: normal is good. dill pickle and ketchup chips are where it's at.
jen: i'm not sure where i stand on the cheeseburger ones. i think i might kinda sorta like them a little, unless i think about it. and then they're just wrong.

Yum, chips!!! You sound like you have such a big range here, Doritos are a recent import to our supermarkets and people seem to be going nuts over them. I personally think that they taste like the brand of corn chips we already get here...

Do cheeseburger chips taste like cheeseburgers?

We have a flavour of chips here that is 'roast lamb and mint' flavour. Taste rather like what they say! And cheesy marmite ones too..

i LOVE this! AMAZING!
it's true, isn't it? what happened to goold old ketchup chips being the most exciting thing in the chip aisle!? i feel like i'm missing out because i haven't tried half the new flavours out there...but when the original flavours are soo good, it's hard to want to branch out. love this post!

Hahaha SO TRUE! Have you tried those bbq rib chips? SO FREAKING WEIRD! I can't believe how they taste exactly like ribs! Crazy! I think I may need to try those cheeseburger chips.

I loooooooove ketchup, but I can't stand ketchup chips. But I will dip plain chips into ketchup (Preferably chips like Miss Vickies). And I only recently discovered that I love dill pickle chips. I can't get enough of them.

Okay, I totally want some chips now.
