everyone should just love each other. and not yell, or frown.
also, everyone should just learn to read. a woman came up to me today, as i sat in my booth which says "CUSTOMER SERVICE" in big red letters across the top and asked, "excuse me, does staples have a customer service place where i can ask someone a question?" i was like, "well, you just came to customer service and asked a question, so i'd say that's a step in the right direction."
also, everyone should just learn how to take constructive criticism/sarcasm.
